That's right folks. Well..specifically a new employee who will be coming on board.
The guy is super bear, and is going to be dropping his subs, but would like to get his hand in on some of the fun that the IEEE gets into.
There is only one problem with this plan, the Joe Show(tm) is currently about as exciting as five day old semen stains. And while we have a couple leads on new investigations, they are all in Gallente high sec and the new employee (being a super bear) currently is hated enough by the Gallente navy that they will fire on him on sight.
This is where you all come in. I'm certain that you guys know of some more real idiot CEO's that could use some exposition by the IEEE. Normally I hate to 'force' an investigation like this, but I'd like to show my new guy some fun before he goes off.
So, I'm taking suggestions for a new investigation.
We've got some restrictions because of the new employee's standings on this one.
1) Caldari space only please.
2) Corporation or alliance in question must have leadership that are not operating in compliance with standards and practices as published by the IEEE. You should have seen plenty of the kinds of violations during our prior invesigations that we like to focus on.
3) Remember...we're going after the incompetent. Suggestions like 'Go Kill (insert large, obviously doing pretty well for themselves alliance)'
4) Size does matter. We can usually not investigate a very large corporation or alliance due to manpower issues.
So if you folks wouldn't mind suggesting people, either here or via eve-mail or private conversation, the IEEE would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time.

While I am certain that the English language might appreciate the gesture, I'm pretty sure that HYDRA RELOADED are not incompetent. And the investigation would go something like this:

Thank you everyone for your constructive  posts...but thanks to a quick train to Diplomacy 4 by my new employee, he will be able to enter Gallente space and we now have a new target for investigation.
The opening conversation has occurred, but due to the referral process and absolutely no investigation time, the amount of humor available is limited. But I am certain as I trust the referring parties implicitly, that there is good reason for an IEEE investigation.
New 'There I was' thread soon...I believe the IEEE will be basing out of Dodixie for this little affair.
